- Responsible for integrating new components and optimizing existing adapters, including monitoring the lifecycle of the technologies and tools used
- Ensuring the stable operation of our platform including troubleshooting, certificate management, license management and further development and operation of the associated CI/CD pipeline
- Steering cooperation with our SaaS provider and ensuring compliance with SLAs including monitoring, reporting, escalation management and managing service and operational meetings with a focus on continuous optimization of service quality
- Coordinating cross-divisional and cross-company development and service teams, moderating scrum events, removing obstacles and promoting self-organization in the team to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to agile principles
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, ideally in a regulated environment
