- In your role, you work at the interface of university management, organizational units and external stakeholders.
- They ensure that DEI aspects are systematically integrated into the structures, processes and organizational culture of the ETH and develop coherent, university-wide strategies and programs.
- They understand diversity, equality and inclusion as a strategic cross-cutting task of responsible university development and as a central component of excellence, innovation and equal opportunities. Job description
- You lead the diversity team in terms of expertise and personnel and position the topic as an integral part of the university’s institutional development.
- They advise our departments and central bodies on strategic and conceptual issues and are responsible for the further development and implementation of awareness-raising, training and information formats for different target groups.
- Together with your team, you will develop sustainable measures as part of responsible university development and a central component of excellence, innovation and equal opportunities.
- They represent ETH Diversity in relevant internal and external committees and networks and contribute to the national and international positioning of ETH Zurich in the DEI context.
- They observe and analyze societal, legal and university policy developments and translate them into strategically relevant action concepts for ETH Zurich. Profile
- University degree in social sciences, organizational development, gender studies or a related discipline - or equivalent professional experience in the DEI area
- Strong expertise in the development, strategic control and evaluation of DEI programmes
