This is what you will do.

• As an inspiring leader, you lead and develop the 8-strong team of product management numbers and savings.
• Together with your team, you will continue to develop the product and service portfolio as well as digital consulting and supplementary solutions – innovative, customer-centric and future-oriented.
• You will find the best solutions for our customers and our bank and work closely with the market, specialist areas and external partners.
• You are responsible for the smooth operation of our products and services in the areas of accounts, savings, figures and fraud management, identify challenges at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions together with your team.
• In (overall banking) projects, you take over the professional support or lead in the development of classic and digital customer solutions.
• You recognize market trends and customer needs at an early stage and derive strategic fields of action from them.

• Your broad banking knowledge and your experience in everyday banking are supplemented by a higher specialist training.
• As an experienced leader and coach, you value cooperation with different people and promote their development.
• With your analytical and conceptual skills as well as your experience in product and project management, you bring the essentials to the point and convince with implementation strength and design will.
• Strong customer focus, market orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and a high affinity for digital developments set you apart.
• Experience with agile working methods is an advantage.
