Main responsibilities
- You build up the newly founded engineering team, actively work on recruiting new developers:Inside and create the conditions for successful cooperation
- Depending on the phase of team building you work 50% of the team: You develop scalable community features together with the team, participate in architectural decisions and ensure technical and professional orientation in the team
- You work closely with the Product Owner, the Software Architects and the entire team on the development of sustainable and forward-looking software solutions The
- Leadership of the software engineering team as well as the professional and personal development of your team members is your responsibility - you take the concerns of your team seriously and as a reliable leader create a motivating and positive environment
Key requirements
- Several years of professional experience: As Fullstack
- Software, the full-stack software, the full-stack software, the complete study program (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): From Voteil, more important is relevant professional experience
- Strong leadership and empathy as well as joy in dealing with different personalities and cultural backgrounds
- You have a solid FullStack experience – especially with C#,.NET and MS SQL as well as with modern web and front-end technologies, distributed systems and architectures
- Souveran use and interest in modern AI tools (e.g.
- Claude Code, Coding-Assistants, Agents, Skills) in analysis, conception, implementation and, in addition, in the process of integrating them in a reflective, efficient and responsible way, in the process of data, analytics and experiments for product decisions.
