- Preparing and processing glazes and fillings Setting up and presenting the offer
- Direct customer contact in our open natural bakery
- Preparing tarts, cakes, daily desserts and patisserie General preparatory work and mise en place
- Occupational safety, hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP standards Requirements Enjoy working with baked goods
- Professional experience as a baker or completed bakery apprenticeship EFZ/EBA Good knowledge of German Positive charisma, friendly and motivated
