In this key position, you will lead an interdisciplinary team and drive the further development of our global supply chain. Together with regions, business units and IT, you will realize effective transformation projects and create efficient, sustainable solutions for Bühler.

Tasks

• You will lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of supply chain managers, analysts and data specialists
• You lead and support transformation projects, especially in the further development of the location network and the supply chain
• Ensure compliance with supply chain routing, control processes and quality gates
• Identify inefficiencies and realize targeted process improvements and automation solutions
• You work closely with regions, business units, operating units and IT and coordinate cross-divisional supply chain strategies

Requirements

• Completed university degree in supply chain management, business administration or a comparable field of expertise
• Demonstrate experience in leading and developing teams
• Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, operational planning or in a comparable function within an international production environment
• In-depth experience in managing supply chain transformations, network optimization projects or cross-divisional change programs
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and high level of persuasion combined with very good communication skills in English and German
• Ability to successfully align regions and business units with common goals within a matrix organization
