- Ensure timely, error-free and customer-oriented processing of customer orders and delivery plans
- Proactively communicate in the event of scheduling deviations and ensure a transparent flow of information to internal and external contacts
- Processing inquiries about orders, delivery dates, material availability and logistical issues as well as supporting delivery bottlenecks and escalations
- Conduct availability testing and MRP controlling in close cooperation with production, purchasing, logistics and customization
- Process logistical complaints, complaints and returns and initiate appropriate corrective measures
- Monitor and analyze relevant performance indicators such as DPPM and OTD and derive improvement measures from them
- Continuously optimize and further develop processes, work instructions, training documents and system solutions in order processing Required expertise
