Role overview
Tasks
- You not only lead an 11-member Infrastructure / Facility Management team, but also ensure that everything runs smoothly on 70,000 m2 of industrial infrastructure – from state-of-the-art building technology to complex operating facilities.
- A leadership role with a strong hands-on mentality and direct technical proximity to the company instead of a pure management function
- Ensure the reliable operation of buildings, technical facilities, outdoor sites and all infrastructure using and monitoring a complex building management system
- Organisation, coordination and support of maintenance, troubleshooting and cleaning, disposal, winter and piquet services
- Active participation in day-to-day operations with a strong hands-on mentality
- Support and coordination of external service providers and craft businesses
- Close cooperation with production and other internal stakeholders
- Independent management of smaller projects and sub-projects as well as participation in larger projects such as conversions, extensions and optimizations
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Maintenance of documentation and use of digital tools and FM systems
