• Personnel and professional management of the team with 8 employees
• Overall responsibility for the organization, prioritization and timely processing of internal and external complaints
• Analysis of complaints as well as initiation, control and follow-up of corrective and improvement measures
• Ensuring compliance with quality requirements in projects and processes
• Ensuring the supply of internal and external customers with specification-compliant products and services
• Ensuring timely and quality-compliant processing of customer complaints Your profile:
• Completed technical training, preferably in the fields of mechanical engineering or production engineering
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally from the automotive industry
• Experience in the 8D problem-solving process and the application of adequate methods such as Ishikawa, 5-Why Studies, etc.
• Willingness to travel (about 10%)
