- Several years of professional experience as a physiotherapist: in FH, ideally supplemented by targeted professional training at master level in the field of medicine, neurology, intensive care medicine
- Initial successful leadership experience as well as further training in the field of leadership or the willingness to complete such
- An independent, responsible working method combined with experience in managing project groups and in concept development
- A high level of social competence, strong communication skills and a healthy conflict and assertiveness for everyday management
