Role overview

Tasks

• They are responsible for a successfully used offer of work and day structure places in the studios of the daycare facilities
• They are actively working on the ongoing review and further development of the offers of daycare facilities
• You are responsible for the quality of the services provided and the satisfaction of clients
• They are responsible for a team of around 10 RTD and are responsible for the management, personnel deployment planning and personnel development Requirements:
• You convince us of your experience in personnel management as well as your experience in work with people with disabilities
• They are a flexible, resilient personality with strong social competence
• Organizational talent, structured and efficient work as well as an analytical and networked way of thinking complete your talents
• They have completed training at tertiary level in the social or special educational field We offer:
