ITS TASKS

As team leader

• Professional and personnel management and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams with civil engineers:inside, draftsman:inside and internal specialist:in
• Responsibility for resources, deadlines, costs and quality and representation towards internal and external project partners
• Accompanying younger civil engineers: women in their professional development and actively passing on their experience
• Resource planning and further development of the team with branch management

In the projects – as project manager:in

• Management of versatile and demanding new and conversion projects with a focus on building construction, from project planning to implementation and commissioning
• Development of economically and technically convincing solutions for excavations, foundations and structures in different construction methods
• Processing and assessing structures of reinforced concrete, steel and wood and using suitable static models and calculation methods
• Professional leadership and support of the project team and ensuring quality, cost and deadline objectives
• Close cooperation with clients, architects: inside, specialist planners: inside and outside the company
• Preparation of reports, cost determinations and submission documents and project monitoring up to implementation
• Depending on the project and personal focus
• Adoption of demanding static modelling and measurements

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies as a civil engineer: in ETH/FH or comparable training
• Experience as a project manager:in, or team leader:in is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in structural design, ideally from project planning to execution
• In-depth knowledge in the static and construction of structural structures, foundations and/or excavations
• Experience with FEM and static software such as AxisVM, CUBUS or DC basic structural static
• Enjoy not only calculating technical solutions, but also developing and implementing them together with clients, architects and specialist planners
• Independent, structured and responsible working methods with a good understanding of costs, deadlines and quality.
• Good communication skills and very good knowledge of German in words and writing
