Main responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for one or more production lines in the area of cocoa mass production / chocolate mass production
  • Implementation and documentation of line quality and process control
  • Independent material ordering and return on the basis of production orders
  • Organisation and implementation of cleaning and product changes
  • Detection and correction of faults and support to the technical service in the event of revisions Requirements
  • Educational degree or equivalent training in the food sector (food technologist:in EFZ, food practitioner:in EBA, plant manager:in EFZ, confectionery technologist:in IHK, food technologist:in IHK)
  • Technical understanding in dealing with chained systems and modern control (experience with roller systems is advantageous) Readiness for shift work
  • Good knowledge of German in words and writing
  • Good computer knowledge (SAP experience of advantage)
