- You support the sectional management QM in the development and implementation of the QM strategy as well as in the organization and resource planning
- The fault and complaint management is your responsibility and you work with certifications with
- You contribute to the planning and coordination of internal audits, carry out them out and implement KVP activities and QM projects
- You analyze and optimize QM processes and prepare process data, key figures and quality reports
- You are the professional manager and supervisor of CIRS-educators and auditors and are deputy of the section head QM in their absence Requirements:
- You have a completed commercial basic vocational training.
- A multi-year experience in quality management / IMS as well as experience in the further development of management systems are of advantage
- Practical experience in planning and carrying out internal and external audits as well as in KVP projects is part of your experience
- You have a sound knowledge of process, project, fault, complaint and risk management as well as a good knowledge of the applicable ISO standards
- You are highly communicational, have strong team and leadership skills, are self-responsible, resilient and willingness to change is one of your strengths
