As a complement to our team we are looking for an agreement

Tasks

• Counselling and care of inpatients and their relatives, as well as the cooperation with the relevant specialist departments
• Exchange of information with experts in pre- and post-negotiating organisations and in case transfer and transfer
• Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Placement and organisation on nursing institutions and counselling centres, as well as clarification and advice on insurance and financial matters
• Helping people to help themselves in social matters (social insurance, finance, work, etc.)
• Organization of financial affairs for persons with adult protection measures
• Psychosocial counselling in special situations
• Organization of complex exit organisations with clarification of the appropriate housing after rehabilitation

Requirements

• Students in the Bachelor's programme Social Work of the ZHAW
• Motivation for cooperation in the interdisciplinary and multiprof-essional team
• Extensive social competence and team skills with joy in independent work
• High awareness of responsibility and emotional resilience
