Tasks

• Implementation of sensory and physicochemical input control of all raw materials by specification
• Implementation of the physico-chemical analyses of semi-finished products and development patterns
• Manage return samples and laboratory samples
• Coordination and testing of raw material alternatives
• Systematic documentation of analytical results
• Procurement of necessary work materials
• Maintenance, calibration and maintenance of analysis equipment
• Testing and filing of supplier certificates
• Support for internal error clarifications
• Requisiti - They have technical training in the food industry (Bsp.

food technology) or experience in the food industry

• Some years of professional experience (with advantage in quality control)
