The public prosecutor's office with around 250 employees consists of four regional investigative offices, a cantonal investigative office responsible for the entire cantonal territory, the youth prosecutor's office and the staff of the first prosecutor, who in addition to the overall organization also heads the cantonal investigative office. The Cantonal Investigation Office conducts criminal proceedings in complex material and formal legal environments. This applies in particular to economic, structural and serious crime. As a staff lawyer, you are hierarchically subordinate to the First Prosecutor and Head of the Cantonal Investigation Office.
- Complete organization Public Prosecutor's Office: You support the First Prosecutor and the Public Prosecutor's Conference in all aspects of their activities arising from the management and development of a public prosecutor's office. The clarification and discussion of complex legal issues and the preparation of co-reports and opinions are among your priorities.
- Cantonal Investigation Office: You support the First State Prosecutor and the administration of the Cantonal Investigation Office in the strategic and operational procedure management in demanding crime structures (economic, structural and serious crime), especially in legally and actually complex issues.
- You have a university degree in law, preferably with a lawyer's patent
- You have a broad legal knowledge, especially in the fields of criminal law and criminal procedure law as well as administrative law (including cantonal law)
- Complex facts and connections clarify independently legally and represent these textually final
- You identify legal and actual problems on your own initiative and create legally flawless solution strategies.
- You also work conscientiously and quickly under pressure, setting priorities
