Main responsibilities
- Participation in the optimization and further development in the implementation of the new outpatient medical tariff
- Qualitative co-responsibility over performance recording and complete documentation of work processes
- Direct contact person for specialist questions and exchange with medical providers
- Co-development, support and training of performance measurement in Kisim and Opale
- Monitoring, optimisation and documentation of performance measurement processes Performance controlling Technical support for invoicing Support for complex rejections Requirements
- You are already working in tariff and service management or have been working in ambulatory billing for several years and would like to deepen and expand your knowledge of ambulatory services
- Sound ambulatory tariff knowledge, in particular TARDOC/ambulatory packages, is mandatory
- You have a strong affinity for analyzing cases and creating evaluations with Excel
Application process
- Joy and experience in dealing with various IT applications as well as very good knowledge of German are prerequisites
