Main responsibilities

- Competently advise and support employees from other specialist areas on issues relating to real estate (valuations) Perform object visits in the regions
- Actively shape and develop our area as well as carry out quality controls and train employees
- Observing developments in the real estate market
- Maintain and manage recovery deposit positions adequately and effectively Requirements
- at least 3 years: property valuations and/or banking credit
- Higher School of Applied Sciences: Completed or ongoing specialist training in the field of property valuations (e.g. federal law).
- Professional ID, CAS, MAS, etc.
- French (by advantage): French understanding of advantage (for team communication)
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property valuations Strong service and customer orientation
