- The support and technical support of general and specialized project managers throughout all phases of the project (from the study, then during the award of the mandate and implementation) is part of your responsibilities.
- In addition, you engage in coordination between the OFT, the CFF program management and the specialized units.
- For this position, a diploma from a university or specialized university in civil engineering, architecture or a related discipline is essential.

Main responsibilities
- The support and technical support of general and specialized project managers throughout all phases of the project (from the study, then during the award of the mandate and implementation) is part of your responsibilities.
- In addition, you engage in coordination between the OFT, the CFF program management and the specialized units.
- You provide training for general and specialized project managers on the priority themes of the program.
- Adapting your communication at program and project level, you are also in charge of promoting innovation and implementing optimization processes.

Key requirements

- Vous connaissez les CFF ainsi que les étapes fondamentales de ses processus et de planification dans le domaine de CFF Infrastructure. De plus, vous êtes en mesure de porter un regard critique sur les mandats et le contenu des projets, sur la base de votre expérience acquise dans les projets et l'exécution.
- Pour cette fonction, un diplôme de haute école ou de haute école spécialisée d'ingénieur·e civil·e, d'architecte ou dans une discipline connexe est indispensable. Au bénéfice de plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de projet, vous êtes à la recherche d'un poste dans lequel vous pourrez mettre à profit votre expérience et vos compétences antérieures.
- Vous possédez au moins le niveau B2 en français et en allemand. La réalisation de discussions spécialisées dans les deux langues nationales ne constitue pas un obstacle pour vous.
