- You are responsible for account management and electronic payments for a defined number of current accounts at banks/Postfinance
- You book the payment and payment receipts and take over the account reconciliations
Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for account management and electronic payments for a defined number of current accounts at banks/Postfinance
- You book the payment and payment receipts and take over the account reconciliations
- You are responsible for creating payout files and individual payments
- You process and check incoming, automatically non-accountable renter payments for responsible current accounts
- You support in the preparation of LSV/DD files rental interest collection, in the control of collateral (rental interest deposits) as well as projects for payment transactions and/or finance Requirements
- You have a basic commercial education and a further education in accounting
- You have proven knowledge in accounting and payments, an advantage in the real estate industry
- You have a good understanding of debt/have, balance sheet/performance statement and effort/yield
- You can communicate verbally and in writing in German, oral and written knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage

- You are well versed in dealing with the Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) and have an advantage knowledge of Mammut LION and REM
