Application process
- You analyze loan applications (new loans, loan increases or resubmissions) of commercial customers in compliance with regulatory requirements and approve them as part of your competences
- Processing of loan applications: recording and checking the data entry and checking for completeness of the documents, valuation of real estate, preparation of the contract documents, opening of the necessary continuous payments, timely payment and redemption, filing of the fully processed credit dossiers, netting and return of credit positions.
- Management of credit positions: preparation of re-authorisations of the debtor’s overall exposure (NBG), data collection for balance sheet analysis, construction loan processing, mortgage master data management, collateral master data management, monitoring and implementation of the dunning of open positions
- You advise and support the front units in all questions regarding the credit cases
- Detailed clarifications with credit advisors or third parties (e.g. offices, pension funds, insurance companies) regarding credit processing
- If interested and if possible, support and promotion of learners and willingness to take on the role of practical trainer. Requirements
- You have in-depth knowledge of the Swiss credit business and bring experience in the credit administration or Credit approval with You have completed banking education
- You have experience in real estate financing and property valuation
