Application process
- You analyze loan applications (new loans, loan increases, resubmissions) in compliance with regulatory requirements and approve them as part of your competences
- Processing of loan applications: quality control of data entry and checking for completeness of documents, preparation and control of property valuations, preparation of contract documents, timely payment and redemption, filing of fully processed electronic credit dossiers, netting and return of credit positions.
- Management of credit positions: management of credit defaults from automatic credit monitoring, data collection for balance sheet analysis, construction loan processing, mortgage master data management, collateral master data management, monitoring and execution of dunning of open items, quarterly financial support and reporting
- You advise and support the front units in all questions regarding the credit cases
- Detailed clarifications with credit advisors or third parties (e.g. offices, pension funds, insurance companies) regarding credit processing Requirements
- You have in-depth knowledge of the Swiss credit business and bring experience in the credit administration or Credit approval with You have completed banking education
- You have experience in real estate financing and property valuation
