Main responsibilities

- Preparation of loan applications incl.
- Preparation of loan templates and contract documents for corporate clients, real estate promoters, general contractors and their exponents
- Management of existing credit positions, preparation and implementation of periodic new approvals, construction loan processing in compliance with regulatory requirements Analysis of annual accounts
- Support of corporate client consultants in all administrative matters incl. Pre- and post-processing of conversations
- Telephone and written communications with offices, insurance companies and other banks
- Opportunity to support the development of apprentices and employees Requirements

- Completed banking education with many years of experience and comprehensive expertise in the field of loans and mortgages.
