- You drive the continuous development and process optimization of your area of responsibility with consistent application of lean management principles and methods of radical simplification.
- You are responsible for the introduction of new technologies and innovative processes for the monitoring activities within the cleanroom classes.
- You will accompany regulatory audits as well as official inspections as a specialist contact for cleanroom monitoring.

- Training: Successfully completed bachelor's degree with a focus on pharmaceuticals, process engineering or a comparable field of expertise.
- Alternatively, you have completed training as a master (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) with relevant qualifications and several years of professional experience.
- Professional experience: Several years of in-depth practical experience in the direct environment of sterile production as well as in-depth expertise in pharmaceutical production.
- Expertise: Very good knowledge and safe application of hygiene regulations and related national and international GMP guidelines.

- You actively support the Monitoring department management in the technical management and coordination of the operational monitoring team.
- You are actively involved in the cross-functional cooperation between the interfaces Facility & Engineering (R&D), Quality Control (QC) and Sterile Production to ensure smooth processes.
