- Creation, calculation and adaptation of service offers: including negotiation, tracking and customer communication
- You support service sales as well as the sales department for new projects and the associated service offers in Eastern Switzerland
- You maintain the data in the offer and in the CRM tool independently
- In addition, you coordinate service tasks with the technology and the project management
- Sporadically you support Head Customer Service in the training of service employees: your talents and experiences
- Technical or commercial training completed
- Ideally, you have experience in building technology
- Affinity to IT topics and digital process solutions
- You have good communication skills and proactively shape cooperation in the team
- You are a personality that can adapt to different target groups
- Good office skills are provided, additional knowledge in SAP would be desirable
- Very good German and (advantageous) English skills round off your profile
- 2–3 days/week mobile work is standard
