- Several years of experience as ServiceNow Engineer, Developer or Consultant and corresponding certification

- In-depth knowledge of central ServiceNow modules, for example ITSM, CSM or ITOM
- Experience in process automation with workflows, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Analytical thinking and the ability to identify potential for efficiency enhancement through AI and automation
- Joy of innovation, experimentation and iterative approach with a concrete implementation focus

- Identify, evaluate and prioritize AI use cases within the ServiceNow platform
- Design, implement and further develop AI-enabled solutions such as Virtual Agent, Predictive/Task Intelligence and GenAI Features (NOW Assist)
- Accept requirements from specialist areas and customers and translate them into effective, practical solutions
- Further develop the ServiceNow architecture with a focus on automation, scalability and AI
