Key requirements

  • | You bring this with you
  • You have a recognised and completed at least three years of professional training with a specialisation in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanics, IT system electronics, or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the technical field
  • You have experience in dealing with technical systems (fluidics, electronics, measurement technology, measurement technology, IT)) Ideally, you can use control/operating software. You speak and write fluent German;
  • English skills in word and writing are desirable.
  • This work requires a background check for air cargo (ZÜP), which may be completed during the training period.
  • Location: The office is located in Monsheim, near Worms.

Application process

  • Installation, adjustment and commissioning (software, application & final testing) of complex Roche standard analysis devices e.g. cobas pure / cobas pro including cobas c 703 according to target agreements.
  • Timely and professional construction (applicative and technical) as well as if necessary.
  • Repair of Roche systems, including final test and routine running including documentation (in the CRM system).
  • Carry out the electrotechnical safety inspection and final acceptance of the preconfigured systems before delivery.
  • Participation in data backup and the creation and maintenance of documentation (e.g. installation and commissioning plans) in accordance with requirements and internal specifications.
  • Independent troubleshooting and elimination of faults on analysis systems and electronically controlled systems and machines.
  • Timely reporting and immediate reporting of critical issues/complaints to the Roche Customer Support Center.
  • Compliance with the legal obligations of a medical device consultant pursuant to § 31 MPG (see Appendix) and ensuring compliance with the requirements for complaint processing.
