Company and context
- Establish project organization and lead project teams across multiple locations with local or nearshoring development teams and in close cooperation with the customer
- Define the necessary guidelines and instruments for project implementation, along the development process and within the company specifications
- Responsibility and representation of your project in the customer’s internal and project committee
- Evaluating necessary suppliers or third-party components and conducting negotiations together with our central purchasing department This sets you apart
- Higher or higher education degree in computer science or comparable education and relevant professional experience and certification (e.g. HERMES, IPMA, PRINCE2)
- At least 10 years of experience as a project manager: in, ideally in software development in an agile environment.
- Of which management of at least 3 projects over 1 million CHF, including at least one project according to HERMES and one in the field of tax administration
- In-depth knowledge in taxation, tax collection processes and experience in contract-compliant handling of customer projects
- High level of technical, methodological and social competence, preferably with HERMES Advanced certification
- Strong communication, self-acting personality with analytical, conceptual skills and knowledge of agile development methods
