In order to drive our continued organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified specialists.

To strengthen our team in "Peptide Manufacturing Support" we are looking for a dedicated Senior Production Logistics Technician 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Ensuring the timely supply of the production lines with materials (raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods) Picking production orders in different storage zones (frozen, chilled, uncooled) Carrying out warehouse movements, rebookings and transfers between storage and production areas GMP/cGMP-compliant documentation as well as support with internal and external audits Operation, maintenance and safe use of logistical tools in compliance with safety and quality standards Representation of the team leader in day-to-day business (material flow, prioritization, escalations) Analysis and optimization of logistics processes Training, induction and coaching of employees in logistics processes

Key requirements

  • Completed professional training in the area of logistics/warehousing, ideally with further training in logistics management Several years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment Basic knowledge in cGMP as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems Knowledge of process analysis as well as lean or continuous improvement methods Good IT and language skills according to the requirements of the role Reliable, careful and quality-oriented way of working High level of independence, strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills Our offer: A dynamic and rapidly growing working environment with internal development opportunities Flexible working hours with the possibility of working from home and the option to take additional vacation days with a reduced workload Employee development through numerous internal and external training opportunities 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the option for extra-mandatory pension provision with our optional savings plan.   • Strong IT and language skills aligned with role requirements
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused work ethic
  • High autonomy, problem-solving skills, and decisive decision-making Ability to train and coach logistics teams
