- Support for organizational changes (e.g. reorganizations, role adjustments) incl. Communication and change support

- Analysis of HR indicators to derive recommendations for action for management
- Support of talent and succession planning processes in close cooperation with HR colleagues
- Ensuring compliance with employment regulations in cooperation with Employee Relations, Legal and Compliance

- Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field (Master or HR certification such as SHRM/CIPD is beneficial)
- At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a global or matrix-organized environment

- Experience in supporting HR initiatives and change processes
