As a Senior HR Business Partner, you are a central interface between HR and business.

  • Support for organizational changes (e.g. reorganizations, role adjustments) incl. Communication and change support
  • Promoting an inclusive, high-performance and health-oriented corporate culture
  • Analysis of HR indicators to derive recommendations for action for management
  • Support of talent and succession planning processes in close cooperation with HR colleagues
  • Ensuring compliance with employment regulations in cooperation with Employee Relations, Legal and Compliance

  • Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field (Master or HR certification such as SHRM/CIPD is beneficial)
  • At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a global or matrix-organized environment
  • In-depth knowledge in central HR disciplines as well as in employment law
  • Experience in supporting HR initiatives and change processes
