- Together with your team, you will ensure that our claims organization is competently represented in appeal and complaint procedures (UVG) as well as in selected civil proceedings – from the legal assessment to the definition of the process strategy to the settlement solution or the court ruling.
- You work closely with internal claims and services professionals, with underwriting, product development and with external law firms.

- You mandate, instruct and accompany external lawyers.
