Company and context
- We at the Department of Safety, Health and Environment (SGU) advise, support and train all organizational units and members of ETH Zurich on questions relating to safety and health at work.
- We are the contact point for all centrally organized measures in dealing with hazards and risks for the protection of people, animals, property, infrastructure and the environment as well as for questions regarding the fulfilment of the corresponding legal requirements.
- In the event of an incident, we maintain an appropriate emergency organisation.
- Both in everyday life and in the event of an incident, we work closely with the authorities and external forces.
- SGU informs and trains all ETH members and, if necessary, guests and visitors about safety-relevant topics and thus supports the entire institution in compliance with legal compliance in occupational safety, health protection and occupational environmental protection.
- The Training and Communication section ensures the target-group-oriented mediation of safety, health and environmental topics, promotes the awareness-raising of ETH members and continuously develops its communication and training offer in the dynamic university environment. Project background
- In order to be able to fulfill these tasks professionally and efficiently, we are looking from 1.
- September 2026 or by arrangement a dedicated personality as section manager training and communication (m/f/d).
- You enjoy and are equally tested in communication (company communication) as well as in training and learning, can combine these two contents under great complexity and convey them in an understandable way?
- Interdisciplinary questions and the coordination of different stakeholders and target groups are a challenge for you that you are happy to accept?
