- Ensure physical reception and telephone reception of the Office; participate in the custody process of the Office;
- To provide the secretariat to the social assistants, the head of division and the head of the social unit;
- To carry out administrative and logistical tasks (time schedules, attendance tables, mailing, computer support, Office documentation, etc.); stewardship of the office's premises and economics;
- Collaborate, at the request of the head of division, on specific tasks, working groups or supervision.
- Excellent organizational capacity, flexibility and responsiveness.
- Excellent editorial capacity.
