This is what you do with us

The focus of your job is the uncomplicated support of our customers in the event of damage – from notification to completion – including on-site damage inspections in order to help our customers quickly and easily. You use your attention and service orientation in the accompaniment of the entire claims process for the benefit of our customers. With your personal nature, commitment and ideas, you contribute to successful team collaboration in various topic areas and are in contact with internal and external contact persons, companies and craftsmen. You maintain a close exchange with your team and all parties involved in the event of damage.

In addition, there is the possibility to assume the role as deputy damage management and/or as a practice trainer or practice trainer of the lenends in the damage service.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed training in the insurance sector
• Completed training «Insurance intermediary/in VBV» or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in claims processing material/liability beneficial
• Enjoying contact and accompanying our customers in the event of damage
• Proactive and independent working methods Responsible, committed and open personality
• Flowing German skills in words and writing, other languages are a plus

• Proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Verantwortungsvolle, engagierte und offene Persönlichkeit

• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
