• Your tasks and perspectives Further development and customization of the SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY) to optimize our HR processes for several thousand employees 2nd level support and further development for the SAP HR system landscape incl.

Interfaces to peripheral systems Consulting for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and related HR solutions Collaboration and sub-project management in SAP HR projects together with other SAP teams

• What you bring to this position Completed training in business informatics or comparable qualification Customizing experience and process knowledge in the area of SAP HCM (PA, OM and PY) Knowledge of XFT HCM Suite, SuccessFactors or SAP Fiori is an advantage Interest in HR processes and the willingness to use your knowledge in SAP HCM and modern HR IT solutions Further expand analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working High customer orientation, ability to work in a team as well as an independent and reliable way of working
