- As part of this function, you will be in charge of welcoming and following our customers in an impeccable way to identify their expectations.
- To welcome, inform, advise customers in order to satisfy their requests to the best and to allow a loyalty of our customers.
- To identify the customer's expectations and to try to redirect the customer to other references available with tact and diplomacy.
- To ensure the client's well-being, to ensure that he feels welcome throughout his visit and that he can benefit from a customer experience to the extent of his expectations.
Main responsibilities
- To welcome, inform, advise customers in order to satisfy their requests to the best and to allow a loyalty of our customers.
- To identify the customer's expectations and to try to redirect the customer to other references available with tact and diplomacy.
- To accompany the customer from the beginning to the end of the visit to our Salons.
- Provide accurate technical and/or historical explanations to customers on the major complications.
- Offer the most appropriate Timepieces or jewellery items.
- Maintain a privileged relationship with certain customers, provide high-level technical explanations and share the historical knowledge of our products.
- Meet the company's expectations, provide excellent customer service and show the importance Patek Philippe attaches to its products and customers.
- To monitor the development of the products of the competing brands and to inform the customer about the horological activity in general through the magazines made available.
- To guarantee a professional image of oneself and the Salons.
- To show the customer that the Patek Philippe sellers keep their promises and that the interest of the brand is not limited to the immediate sale of the product but aims to the perfect match between the full satisfaction of the customer and that of having served it perfectly.

- SWC of the Employé de commerce (or equivalent).
- Experience confirmed in the advice and sale of prestigious watch products.
- Excellent horological culture.
- Sense of reception and service.
- Mastery of sales techniques.
- Very good general culture.
- Excellent knowledge of history and products PPSA.
