Role overview

Mansioni - You are the central contact point for all matters in the outpatient and day hospital area and handle the administrative tasks independently.

  • You will be responsible for invoicing and processing rejections, debtor cases, dunning and debt collection in a high-quality and efficient manner.
  • You ensure the correct processing of incoming payments, repayments and daily payment processing.
  • At the interfaces between ERP and HIS systems, you ensure smooth service integration and resolve errors and malfunctions.
  • You also manage certificates from the day clinic, process personnel changes and ensure that relevant master data is completely maintained.
  • By being responsible for Opale's ERP systems, you ensure a correct invoicing basis, high data quality and optimized processes.
  • With your participation in cross-departmental projects and the collective bargaining training of employees, you support the continuous development of the department.
  • Requisiti - You have completed basic commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in the healthcare sector, hospital sector or health insurance.
  • You have several years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in hospital administration or health insurance.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of tariff, service and billing systems such as TARDOC as well as practical experience in invoicing in the outpatient sector.

Key requirements

  • You have completed basic commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in the healthcare sector, hospital sector or health insurance.
  • You have several years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in hospital administration or health insurance.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of tariff, service and billing systems such as TARDOC as well as practical experience in invoicing in the outpatient sector.
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with the ERP system Opale are part of your profile.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and confident expression round off your skills.
  • High service orientation, team spirit, initiative and a structured way of working enable you to keep an overview even in hectic situations.
