- Als erste Anlaufstelle betreust du unser Telefon sowie das zentrale E-Mail-Postfach und sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen schnell und zuverlässig bearbeitet werden.
- Du überführst Buchungen ins Dienstplanungs-System (PEP) und unterstützt damit eine korrekte Planung.
- Das Leitungsteam zählt bei administrativen Aufgaben auf deine Unterstützung, bspw. bei der Erfassung neuer Mitarbeitender.
- Mit deinem Blick fürs Detail hältst du Daten aktuell und trägst zu effizienten Abläufen bei.
- Dank deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise läuft auch hinter den Kulissen alles rund. Anforderungen:
- Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Funktion mit.
- MS Office gehört zu deinem Arbeitsalltag, insbesondere Excel nutzt du sicher und routiniert.
- Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und verstehst problemlos Schweizerdeutsch.
- Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen dich aus.
- Idealerweise kennst du das USZ bereits, noch wichtiger ist uns aber deine Motivation und dein Interesse an der Aufgabe.
