Tasks

As a room service employee you ensure a smooth process in the room service, this also includes

• Acceptance of orders on the phone and simple advice for guests
• Service of food and drinks in the hotel room
• Preparation of Mise en place for the daily process
• Preparation of simple drinks for service
• Disclosure of guest feedback and assistance with concerns
• Compliance with cleanliness, standards and daily tasks according to specifications

Requirements

You are interested in working in the service and are happy to be in contact with guests. In addition, you bring with you

• First experience in service or in the hotel industry is an advantage
• Willingness to perform simple service tasks reliably
• Careful and structured working methods
• Teamwork and a friendly way of dealing with guests
• Good knowledge of German or English
