The Office for Commercial Registry and Notaries maintains a public register in the area of commercial registers and performs notarizations in commercial register matters, matrimonial property and inheritance law. Furthermore, the notary is active in the area of administrative inheritance law and responsible for inheritance security measures as well as official inheritance distributions. Law studies. What to expect
- You apply your legal knowledge in matrimonial property and inheritance law as well as in commercial law in practice and deepen it
- You are at the meeting dates up close and work in the drafting of marriage, inheritance contracts, final willing orders and commercial documents (foundations, statutory changes, etc.)
- You work in the implementation of inheritance regulations (will openings, security inventories and inheritance administrations) as well as in official divisions and executions of wills
- You clarify challenging legal issues and develop practical solutions
- You look after clients and you are in contact with various offices
