This is what you will do.
- You will be responsible for the management and results of Buch’s locally rooted branch and implement the business strategy in the region through target-oriented market development activities.
- You have overall responsibility for 25 employees and directly lead the corporate customer team with 10 employees.
- You manage your own corporate customer book in the areas of financing, investing and pensions, offer your customers first-class advice and attentive support.
- The expansion of existing and the acquisition of new customer relationships are also part of your tasks.
- You actively participate in the economic and social life in the market area (public events, events, etc.) and represent the bank in public.
You bring that with you
- You have a higher banking or business education.
- You have many years of leadership experience and thanks to your high social skills, you enjoy leading a powerful team.
- You have several years of experience in advising customers, especially from the corporate client segment, as well as in-depth knowledge in the financing, investment and pension business.
- You enjoy taking on and shaping responsibility, are strong in communication, think entrepreneurially, act independently and distinguish yourself through your negotiating skills as well as your sales and closing strength.
- You have good knowledge of the regional and local market conditions and are accordingly well networked.
