Main responsibilities

- The regular maintenance of our reservation systems and the Protel databases is your responsibility to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the booking data.
- They work closely with the Front Office, Sales & Marketing and Event Team to ensure a seamless exchange of information and an optimal guest experience.
Key requirements
- For this very varied position you ideally bring the following:
- Training as a hotel clerk or a completed hotel school.
- Several years of professional experience at the front office and in the reservation department in the luxury hotel industry.
- Stylistic correspondence.
- Very good language skills in German and English (verbal and written), any other language especially Russian and Italian is advantageous.
- Good computer user knowledge of the MS-Office programs, Protel knowledge of advantages.
- High commitment, resilience and teamwork ability.
- Winning appearance and very good manners. Our offer

- 5 days week on average at 43.5 hours.
