- Take full ownership of the assigned portfolio of service agreements (e.g., Remote Services, Inspection, and Maintenance), ensuring delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and lead a regional support structure, including quotation management, contract delivery, and back-office operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all contractual service matters, ensuring timely and effective execution aligned with customer expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Project Execution, Field Service, Spare Parts, and Automation teams to deliver integrated service solutions.
- Drive operational excellence and standardization of service agreement management across the SEA region.
- Oversee contract renewal processes, pricing strategies, and cost control measures to maintain profitability.
- Develop and present integrated service proposals that balance customer needs with business objectives.
- Support the identification, development, quotation, and negotiation of complex service agreements.
