Role overview

Due to continued sales success, Zurich is looking for a Regional Income Development Executive to support the sales efforts in our Northeast.

This territory includes the state of CT, MA and VT, and may include parts of other neighboring states.

The ideal candidate will live in the territory.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area OR
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area Preferred
  • Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology Dealership training experience
  • Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership Basic knowledge of all F&I products
  • Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims
  • Ability to multi-task Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience.
  • We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation.
  • You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases.
  • The annual variable compensation range, based on performance under the sales incentive plan for this role, is $65,900.00 - $107,900.00.
  • This position included a variable component that is based on an individual's performance under the applicable sales incentive plan.
