You combine technical know-how with a sense of customer needs and innovative solutions? As a project manager for plastics technology, you accompany customer projects from the first inquiry to technical development and calculation until successful implementation. In doing so, you will continue to develop existing solutions, optimize products and processes and coordinate cooperation between customer, design, production, purchasing and suppliers. - Technical processing and support of customer inquiries and projects from feasibility testing and clarification of needs via solution development to implementation
- Review and further development of existing solutions with regard to production optimization, material selection, tool costs, multifunctionality and process-integrated post-processing
- Calculation of plastic parts, tools and equipment as well as preparation and preparation of offers and project proposals
- Management and cooperation in projects as well as coordination of technical implementation up to series maturity
- Technical advice and representation of customer interests in the company as well as processing of product changes and customer complaints
- Close cooperation with field service, acquisition, construction, purchasing, production and suppliers as well as ensuring a transparent flow of information Your profile:
- Basic technical training as a designer or toolmaker, ideally supplemented by further training as an engineer FH or a comparable qualification
- In-depth experience and expertise in the plastics industry, ideally with experience in the development and manufacture of plastic parts
- In-depth knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, APQP, FMEA, SPC, PPAP and 8D process
- Good user knowledge in MS Office and SAP as well as knowledge in CAD
- German at native language level as well as good English skills in word and writing.
