- Ensure forecasting accuracy and monitor project KPIs including Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI), timely Turnover (TO) and manual TO Pulls if needed, to drive project success
- Minimum 4 years as Project Manager or proof of sufficient skills (full cycle project management) Plant Engineering experience preferred Preferably PMI/PMP Certification Ability to work in a matrix organization Strong problem-solving skills Strong teamwork and leadership skills
