- With passion and vision, you will lead the opening of our new health restaurant to success.
- As a central hub, you coordinate all project activities and connect different departments with each other.
- Together with internal and external specialists, you will develop an innovative guest experience around health, nutrition and enjoyment.
- You bring the gastronomy and health concept to life operationally and contribute to continuous development.
- From tastings to team trainings to the pre-opening phase, you ensure a professional and inspiring implementation.
- You keep an eye on deadlines, budgets and quality standards at all times and ensure a successful start to operations.
Requirements
- Several years of professional and management experience in the field of hospitality, gastronomy or food & beverage.
- Experience in project management, new openings or the implementation of innovative concepts.
- Passion for modern nutrition, health, hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
- Entrepreneurial personality with hands-on mentality and high implementation strength.
- Strong organisational and communication skills as well as a secure presence against different stakeholders.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method with the necessary flexibility for a dynamic setup phase
