- Translation of technical requirements in epics, user stories and acceptance criteria including management of backlog refinement sessions
- Creation of the Project Delivery Plan as well as responsibility for the product backlog and the management of the Scrum Team
- Preparation and implementation of sprint planning, presentation of sprint results and product demos, transparent communication to stakeholders and responsibility for the project budget Requirements
- Completed studies in business informatics or a commercial education, supplemented by further training in project management
- Many years of experience in managing, controlling or coordinating complex business/IT projects
- Experience as a product owner or scrum master in a comparable delivery-related role as well as sound practice in agile IT development, knowledge in lean management are advantageous
- Strong communication and moderation skills in German and English
