- You work closely with the local market organizations, IT and the Process & Project Management team and contribute to continuously improving SAP processes, training users and successfully implementing international roll-out projects. Your Tasks:
- Accompany and coordinate international SAP roll-outs in the Fastening Systems segment
- Further develop business processes together with IT and the specialist areas
- Design, implement and document SAP training
- Support users with process and system issues and coordinate tickets
- Ensure standards and templates worldwide and continuously optimize them
- Recognize process improvements and actively promote your profile:
- Completed vocational training, ideally with further training in the commercial, technical or business environment
- Experience in process or project management
- SAP knowledge, ideally in the order-to-cash process
